Joint report

In case of an accident with collision (if no one is injured), it is recommended that you fill out a joint report that will help establish the liability of the drivers. The joint report is a declaration of a typical accident that clearly states the circumstances surrounding it. Completed simultaneously by both parties, it will help accelerate the compensation process.

We recommend that you keep a blank copy of the joint report in the glove compartment box of your vehicle at all times. You can ask for a free copy at the Groupement des assureurs automobile (GAA) by Internet, or by calling 1 877 288-4321.
