Making a claim in the event of fire

First of all, go to a safe place and call 9-1-1. Even fires that seem small can get out of control rapidly if they are not contained. If you have drawn a list containing the inventory of your property, we advise you to retrieve it. As soon as the situation allows, call our Claims Department at 514 871-7500 or 1 877 871-7500.
