Replacement cost on your house and personal property.  This means we will pay for rebuilding your house, regardless of the cost.  More specifically: let’s say your house was valued at $250,000.  A disaster occurs and your house is a total loss.  It then costs you $300,000 to rebuild your house.  In this case, we will pay you the $300,000. 

“All risks” type of coverage. This means you will be covered in the event of situations such as:

• Spilled pain on your hardwood floor.
  
  
• Your 52” plasma TV accidentally falls to the floor then refuses to come on again…

It is a basic coverage for your residence that establishes the replacement of your property according to its value the day of the loss. Also, according to certain criteria, the protection gives you access to the Replacement Cost protection, and this, as much for your property as for your belongings and furniture.
