Please note that the digital safe and lost and stolen item return service will no longer be offered starting February 1, 2019. Members affected must register using the activation code that will be mailed to them in order to benefit from the Equifax CompleteTM Monitor services.

Because we are not all at risk for the same reasons, you will be given a secure online form to complete regarding your habits. You will then receive customized recommendations by email or telephone. This advice will help reduce the risk of identity theft. You will also have access to a network of credit specialists and legal experts.


With SecuriZone, you will have access to a digital vault where you can save scanned copies of your important documents. You will also receive self-adhesive labels for your at-risk items (e.g., your laptop, cell phone and camera).

The digital vault is accessible via SecuriZone and includes a renewal reminder by email service, so you won't have to worry about remembering to renew your passport, car insurance or driver's licence.
