Civil liability
When snowmobiling, you are driving off public roads in an environment that receives little or no maintenance. As a result, there is a higher risk of causing damage to another person: fence, tree, building or other property. That’s why we offer civil liability protection for up to $2,000,000.
Coverage for your snowmobile
You can choose to cover your snowmobile against fire or theft, add vandalism, glass breakage or collision. It’s your choice and we are there to advise you.
Members of the Fédération des clubs de motoneigistes du Québec
If you are an FCMQ member, it will automatically offer you a liability coverage when you purchase your trail permit. Several options are available: contact the FCMQ for more details! If you are covered by this liability insurance, you can then choose to cover only the damage to your snowmobile.
Insurance outside Québec
If you leave the province with your snowmobile, no worries, you are still covered! There’s no extra charge if you are outside Québec for up to 180 consecutive days. But please do take a few minutes to notify us of your departure.
Equipment and accessories
Get up to $3,000 coverage at no additional cost for the equipment and accessories you have added to your snowmobile. If you need more, you can also increase this protection for a small surcharge.
